Echinecia Flower
Oh, how the world is alive.
Birds chirping, butterflies fluttering.
The sun, the trees, the flowers, and bees.
All are dancing with delight.
I for one enjoy the sun, the rivers and the seas.
I spend all day among the breeze, taking in the air with ease.
Who among us could want for more? I for one will not ignore,
These gifts of life that I so adore.
Not all can breathe with ease. Too many lose their senses, these.
The five we possess; any time may leave.
To feel, to taste, sight, sound and smell.
To lose anyone, would sure be hell.
So go, continue on throughout your day,
But be forewarned, your health could sway.
Take not for granted, these gifts you bear,
For in a wink, they may not be there.
