As the school day fades
All my friends have gone away
Away to the beach to enjoy the bright sun rays
The salty yet cooling breeze
The feeling is so serene
It’s a moment of tranquility where nothing could intervene
Flowers began to bloom
Flowers and sunsets make for a pretty afternoon
It feels as if we are away from eternal doom
In that moment life feels complete
The sweet yet warm smells breathe longevity
All the woodland creatures have come out to enjoy the amenities
Summers come and go
But time has never moved so slow
