As the calendar turns to September, for many Americans, for the past twenty-three years, this month is always a heartfelt emotional month, especially all those who lost loved ones on that fateful day.

Amid all the darkness, sadness and heartache that came out of the fateful day, there were unsung heroes to help lift the spirits of America.

We don’t know their names or faces, however their efforts on this fateful day will never be forgotten.

These heroes risked everything, jumped into the burning buildings, raced down on the front lines, helping get everyone out of harm’s way. Helping heal the sick and wounded, helping find the missing and helping all the grieving families who lost loved ones.

They put their own lives on the line, risked everything to help those in desperate need in a desperate time in America.

On the famous and fateful Flight 93, many more unsung heroes were discovered, as countless Americans were able to jump into the cockpit and crash the plane in a field in Shanksville Pennsylvania, stopping the terrorists plan of attacking the White House.

If not for these unsung heroes, the September 11th attacks could have been even worse.

These unsung American heroes showed true American strength and courage, stopping and risking everything taking their own lives, fighting for their beloved country.

At a time when America was in shock and grieving, these true unsung heroes showed Americans everywhere true American courage, compassion and bravery and gave everyone a reason to believe that everything is going to be alright, and that America will never ever die.
