TITLE: Upcoming Events – November/December, 2024

PURPOSE: To highlight and promote upcoming programs and events.

BACKGROUND: The Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department hosts numerous ongoing programs and special events throughout the year. These items are promoted by the  Town through our Cultural Arts, Parks and Events (CAPE) guide, on our website, and through our social media channels among other efforts throughout the year. Each month a list is announced at the Town Council Regular Meeting to further promote these items to the public.

SUMMARY: The following programs and events have been scheduled:

November 1-30 – Susan Nuttall & Entwood Crafts Gallery, LCAC
November 21, 6-7 p.m. – Holiday Ornaments with Emily, LCAC
December 5, 6-7 p.m. – Holiday Herb Planter, LCAC
December 7, 10 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. – Holiday Art Market, LCAC
December 10, 6:30 p.m. – Cookies with Santa, LCAC
December 10, 6-8 p.m. – Door Hanger Painting, LCAC
December 12, 6-7 p.m. – Holiday Moss Wreath, LCAC
December 13, 7-9 p.m. – Wilmington Big Band, LCAC
December 14, 12-3 p.m. – Sensory Sensitive Santa, LCAC
December 19, 6:00 p.m. – Holly Jolly Holiday Recital, LCAC
