The One.

Who urges me to do the best that I can in every situation?
The One.

Who tells me not to take anything personally?
The One.

Who insists that I am honest and speak the truth?
The One.

Who warned me about adopting beliefs that I did not challenge?
The One.

Who enriches my experiential archive?
The One.

Who leads me to a state of open mindedness and a lack of fear?
The One.

Who encourages me to get back on my feet when I have fallen?
The One.

Who has given me strength during times of adversity?
The One.

Who forgives me when I have fallen short of my goals?
The One.

Who lifts me up from mental, emotional, spiritual and physical pain?
The One.

Who heals me when I am sick or injured?
The One.

Who comforts me when I am down or discouraged?
The One.

Who thinks that I am funny?
The One.

Who really cares for me?
The One.

Who is The One you may ask?
I am.
