John Wayne Gacy is known as “Pogo the Clown”. They called him that name because he would dress like a clown and play at children’s parties. He is one of the most notorious serial killers in American history. He would bring the victims to his house to mow the lawn or do chores and then do bad things to them and then finally kill them in his home (Crime Museum).

One time in 1978, after Gacy killed Robert Piest, who was reported missing. Since Gacy was the last person seen with Piest, the police searched in and around Gacy’s home. What they found was shocking. They found 29 young boys dead in his house or around his property. The police found Robert Piest deceased in a lake near Gacy’s house. They finally caught him and later on, he was sentenced to death by lethal injection (Crime Museum).

His last words were “Kiss my ass” and thus the end of one of the world’s worst killers, John Wayne Gacy (Truesdell).
