LELAND, N.C. – The Leland Police Department is requesting the public’s help in locating a missing juvenile, 15-year-old Kira Ramsey. Ramsey was last seen on Jan. 29 at her home in the Wedgewood neighborhood in Leland. She may have left the area in a black 2007 Saturn Vue with North Carolina license plate VCJ9737.
She is described as a white female, approximately 5’5” tall and 150 pounds, with dark hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what clothing she was wearing at the time she went missing. Ramsey is known to frequent the Wilmington area.
