WILMINGTON METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION (WMPO) VOTED “YES” ON  A TOLL TAX OPTION TO RAISE FUNDS TO REPLACE THE CAPE FEAR MEMORIAL BRIDGE.
